Diversity and inclusion drives innovation at SAP

Anka Wittenberg is the global Diversity & Inclusion Officer at SAP. When she was visiting Stockholm recently, we had a chance to sit down with her and talk about SAP’s strategic view on diversity.

As for all companies, it is about creating the same conditions for all employees regardless of gender, culture or ethnicity. But it is also about taking care of employees with different ages and different needs.

For the first time, SAP now has five generations of employees and the traditional career development talks are not the right way to attract new talents.
